This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service, the idigitalise.net website.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at www.idigitalise.net , unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Terms and conditions of service for website design, software, app development, and maintenance-related services

  1. Taxes: 18% GST will be extra for Indian customers.
  2. International payments and taxes Deduction: International taxes will not be charged to iDigitalise account. If a customer initiates payments from outside India ,If there are any local taxes or fees, they will be paid for by the client and will not be included in the price we agreed on for the project.
  3. Payment Terms: 50% advance or milestone wise  and balance before going live.
  4. Termination: Either party can end the arrangement with three month’s written notice. If one party doesn’t give written notice, the other will be charged a three-month proportionate fee. Clients also agree they will not directly or indirectly, employ , hire or offer contracts to employees of iDigitalise. In case of breach of contract, the client agrees to pay his 12 months salary to iDigitalise.
  5. Payment Methods: NEFT, RTGS, Cheque, Debit, and Credit Cards. If the client pays us through PayPal , credit card an additional 5% cost applicable.
  6. Late Fees: All outstanding invoices will incur a late payment fee of 0.5% per day of the due amount and an administration fee of Rs. 2000 per month, starting from the due date. Late fees charges shall start levying after seven days, commencing from the due-date of the invoice under payment
  7. Any rework on an already approved and completed task will attract additional charges. Any changes in the design after the design approval will incur additional charges.
  8. Refund: iDigitalise Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to negotiate and refund appropriate portions of the amount paid by the customer towards the requested service. If you cancel your order after making the payment but before the work has commenced, we will refund 50% of the payment that you have already made. If the order is canceled after the commencement of work, there will be no refunds or adjustments. All cancellations must be received in writing and can be sent via regular mail. Telephone requests for cancellations will not be accepted.
  1. Stalling of the project: Please note that at any stage during the project, stalling the project for over one calendar month may delay the project and proposed timeframes and incur additional costs. iDigitalise will charge project delay fees of 10% of the total project cost every month as impact fees for delays from clients.
  2. The client also agrees that the work done on their website could be shown in an iDigitalise portfolio.
  3. The client will allow us  to put design credit line at the bottom of website. If the client doesn’t want to ,the client is agreed to pay an additional 20 % of total project cost. The client also agrees that the website developed for the client may be presented in iDigitalise portfolio.
  1. Additional Expenses:
    1. Client agrees to reimburse  iDigitalise  for any additional expenses necessary for the completion of the work. Examples would be purchase of special fonts, onsite demo, video, stock , plugins, SSL, hosting ,photography and its renewals etc
    2. If a website/application is not hosted on a iDigitalise server, any additional man-hours that may be required due to any server or network related issues are not covered in our fees and may be charged separately.
    3. Any third-party component purchase costs (such as SSL, Payment gateway, Google AdWords’, Plug-in licenses etc) are not included in our quotes.
    4. Any re-work on an already completed task will attract additional charges. Any changes in the design after the design approval will incur additional charges. Any modifications requested during the development or after the Go-Live approval will incur additional charges. All additional work, over and above the estimates is charged separately. Under no circumstances will iDigitalise be liable for any delays caused by change in the project brief.
  1. Contents :
    Website/application content and all related materials need to be provided to us within the first two weeks of starting the project. Any delays thereafter may delay the project and may incur additional charges if it goes beyond reasonable timeframes.
  1. Failure to provide required website content: 
    1. iDigitalise is a small business, to remain  efficient we must ensure that work we have programmed is carried out at the scheduled time. On occasions we may have to reject offers for other work and enquiries to ensure that your work is completed at the time arranged.
    2. This is why we ask that you provide all the required information in advance. On any occasion where progress cannot be made with your project because we have not been given the required information in the agreed time frame, and we are delayed as a result, we reserve the right to impose a surcharge. If you agree to provide us with the required information and subsequently fail to do within two weeks of project commencement we reserve the right to close the project and the balance remaining becomes payable immediately. 
    3. NOTE: Text content should be sent as a Microsoft Word file, an email, or a similar document, with each page representing the content of a page on your website.
  1. Turnaround Time
    The maximum turnover around time for each other  to revert is 2 weeks.
  2. Depending on the functionalities required, there may be third-party components, such as third-party payment gateways or plugin certificates, involved in building a website or application. Although iDigitalise makes every effort to determine the suitability of any such component, any unexpected limitations of third-party components are beyond our control. 
  3. iDigitalise takes no responsibility of any open source products such as WordPress, Open Source carts, Joomla etc It is clients responsibility to update all components and third party software’s. We suggest you take regular back-ups to avoid any disruptions.
  4. iDigitalise takes no responsibility or liability  for use on  any free images , footage, videos etc. It’s the client ‘s responsibility to provide content from their side. 
  5. The client must recognize that at times there may be unforeseen circumstances that will delay the development process, particularly with reference to the integration of third party software. We will try our best to complete the project as agreed in the proposal. As long as it is within a reasonable period, the client agrees not to penalize us for any genuine delay, when every effort to keep the project on the proposed schedule is taken.
  6. iDigitalise generally builds and tests the websites/applications on our own servers or hosted domains. Synapse cannot give access to their test servers and test websites to the clients or any third party. The website/application can be transferred-off to a nominated 3rd party server upon full payment of all invoices and dues.
  7. The client also agrees that the work handled for the client may be presented in iDigitalise portfolio.
  8. Design Credit Line :
    The client will allow us  to put design credit line at the bottom of website. If the client doesn’t want to ,the client agrees to pay an additional 20 % of the total project cost. The client also agrees that the website developed for the client may be presented in iDigitalise portfolio.
  9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This shall be governed by and enforced as per the laws of India, with the place of jurisdiction being Navi Mumbai.

  12. The service provider can’t control ad platforms and cannot provide any guarantee that any of designatedated platforms will not change their policies or functionality in such a way that will have a detrimental effect on the performance of campaigns.
  13. Service providers cannot control platforms, and we cannot promise that none of them will make changes to their policies or features that will have a negative impact on the success of campaigns or the ability to advertise on accounts, profiles, and pages. 
  14. Law and Jurisdiction: This will be governed and enforced by the laws of India, and Navi Mumbai will be the place of jurisdiction.

  1. Payment : Monthly prepaid
  2. For 20-35% keywords 1st Page guaranteed Google ranking requires minimum continuous 6 months lock in period.

  14. iDigitalise takes no responsibility for page ranking or traffic after the project is canceled.
  15. The service provider makes no guarantee of 1st page ranking for generic or single-word keywords, for example, plastic, medicines, water, chemicals, doctors, builders, etc.
  16. The service provider makes no guarantee within 6 months if there is more than a week’s delay in response from the client side, website health, or search engine   updates.
  17. Service providers cannot control search engines and cannot provide any guarantee that any of the Designated Search Engines will not change their policies or functionality in such a way that will have a detrimental effect on the ranking of the Website.
